Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

The authors investigate the performance of hybrid direct sequence (DS) slow frequency hopped (SFH) spread spectrum multiple access communication systems over a Rayleigh multipath fading channel for indoor wireless communications. Systems with binary, M-ary frequency shift keying, as well as differential phase shift keying modulation and noncoherent demodulation, are studied. Their average error probabilities are analyzed for both deterministic and random frequency hopping pattern signature sequences. Numerical results show that the performance of the hybrid system degrades considerably over the multipath fading channel as compared to the nonfading channel. The system's performance degrades gracefully as the number of simultaneous users increases.< <ETX xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">></ETX>

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
