Notre article s’intéresse à l’analyse des déterminants de la satisfaction des partenaires de coopérations inter-entreprises du secteur des fruits et légumes en Méditerranée. Pour cela, nous avons exploité les données originales issues d’une enquête menée lors du déroulement d’un salon professionnel à Perpignan en 2010 et ayant permis d’analyser la satisfaction des partenaires de 126 cas d’accords de coopération. Nos résultats signalent l’importance de la dimension de performance financière et l’atteinte des objectifs stratégiques ainsi que le comportement du partenaire comme principaux déterminants de la satisfaction globale des entreprises impliquées dans ce type de coopération.
