Abstract
In deze bijdragen gaan auteurs uitvoerig in op de in Nederland nieuwe loot aan juridische echtscheidingshulp, namelijk collaborative divorce. Daarbij wordt mede aan de hand van ervaringen en onderzoek in de VS en canada beschreven wat de succesfactoren zijn van deze vorm van echtscheidingsbegeleiding. Verder worden enkele risicofactoren genoemd van het teamwork dat bij collaborative divorce wordt vereist en worden aanbevelingen gedaan die het werken in teamverband tot een groter succes kunnen brengen Collaborative divorce: hoe een teambenadering in conflictoplossingsprocessen tot een succes maken?
