Cette étude exploratoire tente de mesurer les perceptions des chefs d’établissement scolaire quant à leur capacité d'aider les enseignants dans l’utilisation scolaire des technologies de l’information et de la communication et aux facteurs qui facilitent leur intégration en milieu scolaire. Des analyses corrélationnelles révèlent que plus les répondants affirment s’adonner à une utilisation pédagogique et technologique des TIC, plus il leur semble facile d’utiliser les méthodes pédagogiques renouvelées avec les TIC et plus ils sont à l’aise de soutenir les enseignants dans l’intégration des TIC à l’école. Plus les répondants se disent capables d’aider les enseignants sur les plans pédagogique et technologique, plus ils arrivent à les soutenir dans l’intégration pédagogique des TIC. La formation des chefs d’établissement scolaire apparaît comme un passage obligé pour une intégration réussie des TIC à l’école.
