À partir d’une série d’entretiens avec des danseurs-chorégraphes en activité sur la transmission en danse, et tout particulièrement dans le cadre du cours de danse, l’article s’attache à dégager ce qui se produit et se conteste au coeur de la relation en danse, pensée comme pratique de l’altérité. Quels modèles de l’Autre domine la relation en danse, comment sont-ils défaits. Comment cette relation peut-elle, non pas inventer un Autre, au nom de l’utopie d’un corps discipliné, mais cultiver la propension du corps à de l’hétérogène ?
