L’anatomie de 1re année de bachelier (BAC 1) en médecine est dispensée grâce à un dispositif hybride de formation. L’évaluation se compose de trois types de QCM, dont le QCM 2 qui recourt à des exercices d’analyse de coupes anatomiques représentées dans différents plans de l’espace. Nous avons évalué si la mise en ligne d’exercices entraînant à l’analyse de coupes est valorisée par les étudiants et favorise la réussite du QCM 2. Afin de contextualiser nos recherches, nous nous sommes interrogés sur la perception de la cohérence entre les objectifs, les méthodes et l’évaluation de l’ensemble de notre dispositif. Ensuite, cette perception a été mise en lien avec le score global de l’examen. Le QCM 2 est significativement meilleur pour les étudiants ayant pratiqué les nouveaux exercices en ligne et pour les étudiants ayant perçu la valeur de cette activité. La perception de la cohérence entre les objectifs, les méthodes et l’évaluation n’est, quant à elle, pas associée au score global. Le nouveau scénario d’apprentissage proposé enrichit favorablement l’environnement d’apprentissage des étudiants. Il a le mérite de pouvoir s’adapter aux grands groupes, d’être accessible en tout temps, de travailler des objectifs précis, d’être en lien direct avec l’évaluation certificative du cours (QCM 2) et de développer une compétence en relation avec leur profession future.
