Abstract
L’analyse des données provenant de l’observation de quarante-deux professeurs de l’enseignement secondaire professionnel de la région de l’Abitibi-Témiscamingue a permis de voir comment un enseignement efficace se distingue par le dynamisme de l’enseignant, certains aspects de la communication verbale en classe et en atelier, les rapports entre maître et élèves, les renforcements positifs fournis aux élèves et l’attitude positive de l’enseignant envers sa profession et ses élèves. L’article souligne l’importance des habiletés de communication dans l’enseignement professionnel.
