Cet article présente les résultats d’une recherche portant sur le transfert des compétences lors des stages de formation à l’enseignement en Haïti. Dix stagiaires ont participé à des entrevues semi-dirigées au cours desquelles ils ont témoigné des compétences qu’ils ont transférées et des défis qu’ils ont rencontrés lors de ce processus. La contribution du stage à leur formation professionnelle de même que la nécessité d’amender les dispositifs actuels d’encadrement des stagiaires et de développer leur aptitude à la pratique réflexive sont également discutées.
