Un prototype SIG pour analyser la résilience urbaine : application à la ville de Dublin

Abstract
La résilience fait l’objet de nombreux débats dans le domaine académique notamment concernant sa pertinence pratique. C’est pourquoi les travaux concernant le développement de méthodologies et d’outils afin d’analyser la résilience se révèlent particulièrement importants. Cette recherche propose alors une méthodologie pour analyser la résilience urbaine et introduit le développement d’un prototype permettant de rendre opérationnelle cette méthodologie. Après avoir détaillé une méthodologie focalisée sur une analyse préalable de la résilience des réseaux techniques, celle-ci est mise en œuvre, à l’aide d’un prototype Web-SIG. Plus précisément, la méthodologie et l’outil ont été appliqués à la ville de Dublin qui est une ville fortement exposée aux inondations. L’identification de relations complexes entre les risques et les territoires, permise par cette recherche, semble démontrer la pertinence pratique du prototype développé.
