Abstract
L’alternance s’invite à nouveau dans le débat portant sur la professionnalisation des formations. Elle porte en elle des ambitions. Elle continue d’être l’instrument d’une lecture politique de la professionnalisation des formations. L’alternance est cette articulation souhaitée entre formation et travail. Elle tend aussi à vouloir s’immiscer dans l’ingénierie de formation tout en laissant entendre qu’elle pourrait amener à penser autrement les situations d’apprentissage. L’objectif de ce texte est d’interroger l’alternance en cherchant à mettre en évidence et à situer ses valeurs éducatives au coeur du projet de formation. En soumettant aux lecteurs cette piste de lecture et d’analyse, nous proposons un autre chemin pour penser l’alternance comme une figure de la pédagogie.
