Abstract
L’introduction systématique du « projet individualisé » dans le champ médicosocial est venue changer le paradigme qui organisait jusqu’alors la prise en charge des personnes en situation de handicap ou de maladie mentale. Cette notion vient sans doute se loger dans l’idée moderne que tout problème (et le handicap ou la maladie mentale en est un pour notre société) a sa solution et que cette solution passe par un bon projet.
