Abstract
La dynamique de la cure oscille entre faire advenir la fonctionnalité réciproque des processus primaire et secondaire et révéler un contenu inconscient. Le rêve est le témoin de cette dialectique et apparaît pour l’auteur comme un mode d’expression de transferts multiples. C’est le travail autour du rêve d’une patiente en analyse qui illustrera ce point de vue. Pourront être repérés le transfert déformé des désirs et souvenirs inconscients dans le champ de la conscience et les transferts sur l’objet analyste qui peuvent être pluriels. Ces transferts reflètent l’actualisation du passé et de l’infantile mais aussi la structure de l’élaboration pulsionnelle dans son lien aux objets. Enfin, sera suggéré le transfert figuré du degré d’appropriation de la fonction analytique. Histoire infantile, histoire de la cure et structure trouvent ainsi à se représenter.
