Abstract
En psychopathologie, la notion de crise a plusieurs acceptions (médicale, psychanalytique, systémique). Chacune a sa pertinence dans son champ d'application. Cependant, les grands bouleversements critiques de l'existence sont des événements dont la description échappe à toute approche purement symptomatique. Car ce qui se joue alors dépasse l'opposition bien repérée entre le normal et le pathologique. Le mouvement que Ton perçoit au voisinage des catastrophes porte en lui des germes de création, qu'il faut essayer d'appréhender dans tous les registres où ils s'expriment. Pour y parvenir, on doit tenir compte de l'apport des recherches phénoménologiques, qui ouvre des pistes intéressantes: analyse des correspondances entre le langage et l'émotion, entre les mots, les rythmes, les couleurs, les gestes et les images.
