Abstract
Des inventaires d’odonates réalisés entre le 18 septembre et le 12 octobre 2011 ont révélé la présence d’une importante population du sympétrum tardif ( Sympetrum vicinum ) dans les étangs de castor du parc national de la Pointe-Taillon, au nord du lac Saint-Jean. L’empreinte écologique du castor permettrait à cette libellule de subsister localement au nord de son aire de répartition connue, dans la zone tempérée mixte du Québec.
