Abstract
Cet article montre l’intérêt du yield management comme outil d’appariement des stratégies de localisation des entreprises multinationales et des politiques territoriales d’attractivité tout en optimisant les budgets publics qui y sont consacrés. A partir d’un échantillon de 69 projets d’investissements directs étrangers et de trois exemples de projets d’investissement mobiles internationalement, les pratiques actuelles de commercialisation du produit-territoire sont mises en perspective et leur impact évalué en termes de retour sur investissement.
