Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

Abstract An ultra‐wideband, dielectric‐immersed antenna has been developed for a breast tumor detection system. The antenna is a tapered slotline that operates in a low permittivity dielectric. The sensor is fed by an ultra‐wideband microstrip‐to‐slotline balun. Simulations of the balun and the tapered profile demonstrate that reflection coefficient bandwidth of each structure spans 2–12 GHz. The antenna and balun are implemented with a photolithography process, and good agreement is obtained between simulated and measured results for the entire structure. To evaluate the suitability of the antenna for the intended application, measurements are performed with a variety of objects placed in a homogeneous background. Detection and location of the objects are explored. © 2009 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Microwave Opt Technol Lett 51: 633–638, 2009; Published online in Wiley InterScience (www.interscience.wiley.com). Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
