Abstract
Cet article porte sur la façon et les raisons de concevoir une formation d’enseignants à l’intégration des technologies de l’information et de la communication dans leurs pratiques. Les auteurs décrivent d’abord leur approche de la formation et en présentent le cadre conceptuel fondateur, les buts et les approches pédagogiques mises en oeuvre. La méthode de recherche adoptée, la recherche-action-formation, leur permet ensuite de décrire et d’analyser de manière détaillée les processus de formation et d’apprentissage, et les effets observés dans trois cas de formation d’enseignants concernant la formation initiale et la formation continue. Ces analyses les conduisent à suggérer une approche intégrée de la formation des enseignants aux TIC. En conclusion, ils questionnent cette approche pour améliorer les actions futures et proposer de nouvelles pistes de recherche.
