Abstract
- Les données d'une enquête auprès du personnel enseignant (N = 1 700) permettent de vérifier certaines hypothèses en ce qui a trait aux comportements des femmes et des hommes au travail. L'analyse met en relief certains points de convergence et de divergence. Dans ce milieu où les femmes sont majoritaires et font sensiblement le même travail que les hommes et où leurs emplois sont qualifiés et leur niveau de rémunération au-dessus de la moyenne, les similitudes l'emportent. Lorsqu'il y a des différences, elles ren- voient le plus souvent à des effets de cohorte.
