Abstract
Cet article porte sur une innovation méthodologique cherchant à mieux capter des interactions courtes et imprévisibles par lesquelles se réalise la dimension informelle de la coordination interprofessionnelle en contexte scolaire, en l’occurrence l’autocaptation audio en situations réelles de travail. Nous avons, pour ce faire, invité les membres d’une équipe-école à porter un micro et une enregistreuse numérique longue durée de façon à capter les interactions furtives de coordination. La recherche dont nous présentons ici les résultats avait pour finalité première de mettre à l’épreuve cette méthode d’autocaptation in situ en identifiant les conditions de réalisation d’une telle méthode, notamment en termes d’enjeux éthiques et méthodologiques. L’article évoquera également l’usage que l’on peut faire de l’analyse de ces interactions en réfléchissant sur leur fonction en matière de coordination des services dans l’espace scolaire, spécifiquement sous l’angle de la continuité des services.
