Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

A planar integrated bandpass filter (BPF) structure that makes use of a quarter-mode substrate integrated waveguide (QMSIW) technique is presented in this work for the first time. The proposed bandpass filter is composed of cascaded QMSIW cavities, which are magnetically coupled with the neighbourhood sections. The quarter-mode structure of SIWs makes the overall size largely reduced so it is possible to use the waveguide technique for low-profile integrated filters within few GHz. To demonstrate the design concept, two C-band four-pole Chebyshev filters are designed for different bandwidth applications. Measured results are presented and compared with the full-wave simulated results. Good agreement has been observed.

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
