Abstract

El presente ensayo ofrece un análisis conceptual de la relación entre el cuerpo y las políticas educativas. La tesis central es que los actores escolares participan activamente en la construcción de los sentidos de las políticas educativas desde su corporeidad. Una mirada a las políticas educativas desde la corporeidad de los actores escolares desafía la concepción tradicional de la política educativa como creación y propiedad exclusiva de las élites gubernamentales e institucionales y sugiere que el sentido de la política educativa no es necesariamente definido en las altas esferas de la jerarquía institucional sino que es también reconstruido y re-contextualizado de múltiples maneras en las prácticas y acciones de los actores escolares. Se concluye que un análisis de las políticas educativas desde la corporeidad permite explicar cómo es posible que las políticas educativas sean transformadas, adaptadas y re-contextualizadas de manera idiosincrática en la escuela.
