Abstract
Les pratiques informationnelles d'une communauté professionnelle en écoconstruction soulèvent le problème de la durabilité des écosystèmes informationnels, analysé dans un projet de recherche aquitain. Face à un enjeu social fort, une communauté professionnelle peut-elle parvenir à structurer ou autogérer un système d’information durable, à la fois cohérent avec ses objectifs affichés et résistant dans le temps aux évolutions des contextes économiques, techniques, sociaux, malgré l’absence d’organisation ou de médiation externe ? Pour appréhender les pratiques informationnelles, la méthodologie de la recherche a reposé sur trois types d’approches : sociologique, sémio-pragmatique et documentaire. Trois orientations des systèmes informationnels émergent, vers l’acteur, vers l’organisation et vers l’activité. C’est autour de l’activité par les réseaux entre acteurs que les interactions et les formats se structurent pour assurer la durabilité de l’information.
