Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

The design of a DC charged Blumlein pulser in a cylindrical configuration capable of delivering 500 J in less than 200 ns at 25 kV to an imploding plasma load of 50 m Omega dynamic impedance in a 5 nH inductance diode is described. The pulser is targeted to drive a short-circuit peak current of 500 kA rising in 100 ns. The design integrates multiple-spark-gap switches with the Blumlein store in order to maximize its performance. The experimental pulser is easy to modify and maintain in an attempt to achieve a billion-shot life expectancy at 100 Hz. Design and computer simulation of a pulser under fabrication are reported.< <ETX xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">></ETX>

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
