Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

We search for the ${Z}_{1}(4050{)}^{+}$ and ${Z}_{2}(4250{)}^{+}$ states, reported by the Belle Collaboration, decaying to ${\ensuremath{\chi}}_{c1}{\ensuremath{\pi}}^{+}$ in the decays ${\overline{B}}^{0}\ensuremath{\rightarrow}{\ensuremath{\chi}}_{c1}{K}^{\ensuremath{-}}{\ensuremath{\pi}}^{+}$ and ${B}^{+}\ensuremath{\rightarrow}{\ensuremath{\chi}}_{c1}{K}_{S}^{0}{\ensuremath{\pi}}^{+}$ where ${\ensuremath{\chi}}_{c1}\ensuremath{\rightarrow}J/\ensuremath{\psi}\ensuremath{\gamma}$. The data were collected with the BABAR detector at the SLAC PEP-II asymmetric-energy ${e}^{+}{e}^{\ensuremath{-}}$ collider operating at center-of-mass energy 10.58 GeV, and correspond to an integrated luminosity of $429\text{ }\text{ }{\mathrm{fb}}^{\ensuremath{-}1}$. In this analysis, we model the background-subtracted, efficiency-corrected ${\ensuremath{\chi}}_{c1}{\ensuremath{\pi}}^{+}$ mass distribution using the $K\ensuremath{\pi}$ mass distribution and the corresponding normalized $K\ensuremath{\pi}$ Legendre-polynomial moments, and then test the need for the inclusion of resonant structures in the description of the ${\ensuremath{\chi}}_{c1}{\ensuremath{\pi}}^{+}$ mass distribution. No evidence is found for the ${Z}_{1}(4050{)}^{+}$ and ${Z}_{2}(4250{)}^{+}$ resonances, and 90% confidence level upper limits on the branching fractions are reported for the corresponding $B$-meson decay modes.

Fetched live from OpenAlex and de-inverted. Abstracts are not stored in this database: the inverted indexes are 8.6 GB of the frame’s 9.3 GB of text, and the host has 13 GB free.

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. The Gemma side is a direct model label for every work in the frame, read from the title-only record. The Codex side is a classifier learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and calibrated to design-weighted sample rates; fields without enough sample support carry no Codex call. Candidate is the union of the two sides; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
