La présente note illustre la construction d’un modèle calculable d’équilibre général selon la méthode des valeurs de transaction (VT), pour une économie fictive, fermée et semi-industrialisée, dotée d’un secteur gouvernemental. Le modèle est ensuite simulé pour tenir compte d’un accroissement non proportionnel des dotations de facteurs, d’une augmentation des dépenses publiques, d’une fiscalité indirecte plus lourde et d’un déplacement du fardeau fiscal.
