Abstract
Résumé La corruption est devenue aujourd’hui un enjeu économique et institutionnel mondial qui touche non seulement les entreprises, mais aussi l’équilibre socioéconomique et parfois politique des pays. De ce fait, elle a forcé la communauté internationale et tous les pays qui la constituent à lui accorder une attention plus grande. Cet article relate comment la corruption est devenue cet enjeu mondial et comment les organisations internationales, comme l’O.C.D.E., la Banque mondiale et le F.M.I., ont entrepris de construire un cadre normatif de gouvernance qui permette de la combattre. Un modèle qui résume le cadre en développement est proposé. Cet article se focalise surtout sur l’action des organisations internationales et révèle le rôle particulier que joue Transparence-International qui en est le fer de lance. Quelques conséquences de cette évolution pour la gestion des entreprises sont indiquées en guise de conclusion.
