Abstract
L’article présente le fonctionnement d’une ressource montréalaise La Maison buissonnière qui accueille depuis vingt ans des nourrissons et les enfants de moins de 4 ans accompagnés de leurs parents ou de leurs proches dans une visée de socialisation précoce et de prévention précoce et primaire. Le modèle de l’accueil a été développé à partir de l’expérience initiale de La Maison Verte (Françoise Dolto) et s’appuie sur les acquis de la psychanalyse d’enfant (Françoise Dolto, D.W. Winnicott). Les 2500 visites d’enfants (accompagnés par leurs proches) que La Maison buissonnière enregistre par année témoignent du succès du modèle développé et de la nécessité de repenser la notion de prévention ciblée qui prévaut actuellement dans notre société.
