Abstract
Entrepreneurs are the engines for the sustainable development of enterprises. It’s necessary to strengthen the contingent construction of entrepreneurs to establish and improve the modern enterprise system and achieve the stability and rapid development of economy. This paper analyses the status quo of contingent construction of Chinese entrepreneurs and points out the existing problems in it. L’article a analyse l’etat actuel de la construction d’equipe des entrepreneurs et nous a indique les problemes qui y existaient.
