Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

Wind energy will play an important role in all future power supply concepts. Already today in some countries the contributions from fluctuating wind power have reached considerable high levels causing contingencies in the grid. This fluctuating power will significantly influence the operation of transmission and distribution systems as well as the operation of the conventional power plants. Therefore the CIGRE Working Group C6.08 has dealt with the ldquoGrid Integration of Wind Generationrdquo into existing electrical energy transmission systems. Experts from Belgium, Canada, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Netherlands, U.K., and USA worked together and described solutions for this challenge in their countries. A CIGRE Technical Brochure is now ready for publication. This paper summarises the main topics of the report. Beside technical aspects also regulatory aspects and support schemes in various systems and countries for wind powered generating resources are presented. Based on a questionnaire results are given in a comprehensive conclusion describing different national measures in detail.

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
