Abstract
L’approche écologique impulse des interventions sur un continuum allant de celle dispensée dans un microenvironnement (ex. : domicile) jusqu’à celles offertes dans des contextes plus larges (communautés territoriales, pays). Les stratégies centrées sur le changement de comportement de l’individu sont nombreuses (ex. : séances d’éducation plurithématiques ou spécifiques). En complément, quatre stratégies socio-environnementales peuvent se conjuguer à chaque niveau d’intervention (environnement interpersonnel, organisations, communautés, environnement politique). L’approche globale et positive de la santé, crée un contexte propice à des actions nouvelles pour promouvoir la santé et la qualité de vie des populations vieillissantes.
