Abstract
Les « collectives » représentent depuis quelques années un nouveau mode d'organisation présent au sein d'un certain nombre de groupes de femmes qui ont valeur exemplaire, car elles représentent des lieux originaux de bouillonnement et d'innovation. Dans les collectives de femmes, le changement social n'est pas qu'un but extérieur, mais il est aussi visé à l'interne, au sein même des groupes. C'est précisément ce que l'article veut précisément aborder. Dans un premier temps, il dégage les principales caractéristiques de la collective. Dans un deuxième temps, il présente quelques données empiriques se rapportant à des expériences concrètes d'organisation en collective.
