Dans les périmètres irrigués au Maroc, les exploitations agricoles de petite taille rencontrent des difficultés pour convertir individuellement leur équipement d'irrigation gravitaire en irrigation localisée, d'où l'intérêt pour une conversion collective. Les acteurs qui accompagnent cette conversion collective mettent souvent en avant les aspects techniques, au détriment d'un appui à la maturation de ces projets au niveau des groupes d'agriculteurs. L'article présente une grille pour l'analyse et le suivi de la maturation de projets collectifs de conversion à l'irrigation localisée. La grille a été testée dans le cas de projets de conversion collective situés dans les oasis au Maroc. La grille s'est révélée utile pour structurer un diagnostic initial, à partir duquel ont été organisés des ateliers et une visite de systèmes irrigués en irrigation localisée et pour évaluer les apprentissages des agriculteurs suite à ces activités. Cette grille pourrait aussi être utilisée dans le cas d'autres projets engageant un collectif d'acteurs.
