Abstract
En France, depuis 2004, des instructions émanant du ministère de l’Éducation nationale visent à généraliser l’éducation à l’environnement qu’elles inscrivent dans la perspective du développement durable et qu’elles recommandent d’intégrer à tous les niveaux de l’enseignement scolaire. Dans le cadre de divers travaux en cours, notre objectif est de proposer un accompagnement pédagogique des enseignants avec la volonté de susciter des pratiques réflexives et critiques. Nous nous intéressons plus particulièrement ici à l’approche coopérative qui est centrée sur la dimension collective de l’apprentissage et de l’action en faveur de l’environnement qui est ainsi envisagé comme projet communautaire. Dans le cadre de cette contribution, nous mettons en évidence, par une recherche exploratoire menée auprès d’enseignants du primaire, certaines difficultés susceptibles d’être rencontrées dans la mise en place de projets éducatifs s’inscrivant dans cette approche coopérative.
