espanolEste articulo analiza la evolucion creciente del numero de emigrantes netos desde algunos paises del mundo. Se analiza de forma especial la evolucion de la inmigracion neta en Espana, Europa, Estados Unidos y America Latina, durante el periodo 1965-2004, y se insiste en la conveniencia de regular la inmigracion de forma coherente con la capacidad de los paises receptores, y de fomentar la cooperacion al desarrollo entre paises receptores y emisores mediante otras politicas como las ayudas a la educacion y al desarrollo de la industria y otros sectores en los paises emisores. EnglishThis article analyses the increasing trend of the number of international emigrants from several countries. Particularly we analyse the evolution of net immigration in Spain, Europe, the United States, Canada and Latin America for 1965-2004, and we insist upon the convenience of a coherent regulation of immigration accordingly to the capacity of the destination countries, as well as to foster also other policies of cooperation between developed and less developed countries, through education and development of industry and other sectors in the emigration countries.
