Abstract
Les contributions rassemblées dans ce numéro thématique visent à aborder, selon différentes approches théoriques et méthodologiques, la problématique de la construction des rapports à l’organisation de travail dans les transitions professionnelles tout au long de la carrière. Si les situations de transition examinées dans ces contributions sont des plus diverses puisqu’elles concernent successivement l’entrée dans une organisation, l’accession à la fonction de cadres, le retour au travail consécutif à des problèmes de santé mentale, la fin de la carrière professionnelle ou encore la fermeture d’une organisation après une catastrophe industrielle, les processus transitionnels qu’elles étudient mettent en évidence la relation entre certains parcours individuels, des modalités spécifiques de développement de carrière et l’émergence de nouveaux rapports à l’organisation de travail.
