Abstract
Cet article présente une recherche effectuée dans une école secondaire de la région de l’Outaouais. Ses objectifs étaient de poser un diagnostic de la situation de l’abandon scolaire à cette école et de dégager, avec les personnels scolaires, des pistes d’action permettant d’améliorer la situation. Cette recherche s’inscrivait dans une perspective qui visait, à moyen terme, le rehaussement de la réussite et de la persévérance scolaires. Les chercheuses ont souhaité impliquer les acteurs de la communauté dans le processus d’évaluation diagnostique et ainsi tenir compte de l’ensemble des points de vue des parties concernées par une telle situation, afin d’élaborer une vision commune et de développer une culture de la réussite.
