Abstract
Fidèle à sa vocation de « laboratoire du patronat », le Centre des Jeunes Dirigeants a développé en 2002 le concept de Performance globale® pour des entreprises durables. La Performance globale est un véritable modèle de performance responsable qui intègre de manière indissociable dans la stratégie et la gouvernance de l’entreprise, les dimensions économique, sociale, sociétale et environnementale. Presque dix ans plus tard, plus de 2 000 jeunes dirigeants ont expérimenté cette démarche dans leur entreprise. Revue de détail, retour d’expériences et prospectives.
