Abstract
Cet article propose une nouvelle perspective de recherche : l'etude de l'alternance de code comme element participant de la negociation des conflits. Apres une revue des types d'approches dans l'etude sur l'alternance de code, je propose d'adopter la perspective organisationnelle et la methode d'analyse de conversation pour etudier la place de l'alternance de code dans la negociation. Une breve analyse illustrative utilisant trois extraits du film « Bon cop, bad cop » demontre entre autres la facon dont l'alternance de code joue un role dans le travail de face en negociation. Je termine en abordant les questions d'importance et d'utilite et je soumets quelques pistes pour la recherche future.
