Abstract
Cet article propose une approche structurée permettant l’élaboration d’un modèle général et intégré capable de prédire avec une précision convenable l’état de surface obtenue par fraisage sur des pièces en alliages d’aluminium de structure et de propriétés mécaniques variées. L’approche proposée est construite progressivement en commençant par analyser, à travers un design expérimental structuré, les effets de l’ensemble des facteurs connus pour avoir une influence sur la qualité de la surface pour ensuite examiner leurs interactions et leur sensibilité face aux conditions dynamiques du procédé. Suite à cette analyse et en combinant, design d’expériences, réseaux de neurones, optimisation multicritère et divers outils statistiques, l’identification de la nature et de la forme du modèle ainsi que du type et du nombre de variables à y inclure, est obtenue en exécutant une procédure systématique d’optimisation de modèle. Les résultats démontrent que l’approche proposée a permis de converger vers un modèle général capable de prédire l’état de surface avec précision, fiabilité et robustesse pour des alliages d’aluminium de structure et de propriétés mécaniques variées et une gamme étendue de conditions d’usinage.
