Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

With the increasing attention on environment issues and natural resources, many countries take great consideration on the development of green power. Due to power system reforms, the exploitation of green power would reach the market-oriental stage, green power market stage, from the present government support stage. Since the mechanism of green power market is already established in Netherlands, U.S.A., Germany, Australia, Canada, and Britain, for promoting sweeping development of renewable resources in China, it is significant to learn experience on green power market from other nations and develop one fit for Chinese situation. The concept of green power market and its overseas successful experience are described and analyzed in this paper. Also, the marketing mode and the pricing mechanism of green power in China are discussed.

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
