Abstract
Resumé Comment avancer dans le débat sur la délinquance des mineurs ? Par exemple, en comparant les dispositifs québécois et français. De l’autre côté de l’Atlantique, priorité est donnée à l’éducation, à la responsabilité du jeune dans la communauté. La France tente de joindre sanctions pénales et éducation. Ne pourrait-on formaliser davantage le travail éducatif et le structurer ?
