Abstract
Une recherche qualitative menée pendant quatre mois auprès de stagiaires finissants en enseignement secondaire a permis de décrire le parcours évolutif de leur savoir professionnel. Trois sources ont été utilisées pour la collecte de données et l’analyse consiste en une étude de cas multiples et une analyse du contenu. Pendant la mise en oeuvre de projets, les stagiaires ont rencontré des problèmes qui les ont amenés à modifier leurs façons de faire et de penser. L’élaboration d’une typologie de transformations du répertoire a permis de mieux comprendre la multiplicité des façons viables de s’adapter au contexte de la pratique de l’enseignement.
