Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

The integrated network support system (INSS) currently under development by Bell Canada and Telecom Canada will become the operations system (OS) designed to monitor and control Bell Canada's digital transport network in the 1990s. INSS is conceived around the telecommunications management network (TMN) concept. Within Bell Canada, the Northern Telecom FD-565 fiber digital equipment constitutes the current backbone of the transport network, and for that reason it was chosen as the first network element on which to implement the emerging OSI/T1M1 standards. Bell Canada is actively involved in the development of the OSI-compliant (IF2/Q3) interface between INSS and the Northern Telecom equipment. The interface development process and issues in relation with OSI/T1M1 specifications and concepts are discussed.< <ETX xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">></ETX>

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
