Abstract
Le présent article expose une partie des résultats préliminaires d’une recherche qualitative menée au Mexique en 2009, concernant l’effet des inégalités sociales sur la santé reproductive des utilisatrices des services du ministère de la Santé. Les résultats illustrent la manière dont diverses inégalités sociales sont reproduites dans les services de santé. L’auteure fait allusion à la violence institutionnelle et aux diverses manifestations de la violence structurelle dans le domaine de la santé reproductive. Elle en montre les répercussions sur la santé reproductive des utilisatrices de ces services de même que sur l’exercice et la reconnaissance de leurs droits reproductifs et des droits de la personne fondamentaux.
