Abstract
Cet article revisite nos travaux à partir de leur point de référence, un modèle contextualisé des pratiques des enseignants. Une analyse des évolutions du contexte montre d’importantes transformations du travail enseignant avec l’émergence des pratiques enseignantes de travail partagé. Le projet de l’article est de défendre que ces transformations n’ont rien d’anecdotiques, qu’elles reconfigurent l’ensemble du travail enseignant et affectent les pratiques d’enseignement. Ainsi, notre contribution au projet du CRIE peut se résumer par la thèse de l’unité préservée du travail enseignant. Elle se traduit par une approche intégrative de l’ensemble des pratiques qu’elles soient d’enseignement ou de travail partagé, pratiques qui ne semblent plus pouvoir aujourd’hui être étudiées séparément en raison du fait précisément que leur dissociation s’avèrerait artificielle.
