Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

SUMMARY The objective was to evaluate the effect of different sources of calcium (Ecocal and Stopit) on preharvest treatments over the postharvest quality characteristics of Chilliwack raspberry fruit, grown at Lampa, Metropolitan Region of Chile. Weight loss, rot, physical damage, color, firmness and total soluble solids were evaluated on raspberry fruit at harvest, after a 7 day period at 0°C and after a ripening period of 2 days at 20°C after storage (7 d 0°C + 2 d 20°C). Additionally fruit's Ca and K content, pH of the solutions and mineral composition of water were measured. A factorial analysis was made, being the factors the product, concentration and application frequency, using the LSD Multiple Range Test at the 5% level. The product was the principal factor involved in the postharvest life of the berry, being Ecocal treatments the ones showing the fruit with the greatest firmness and the lowest weight loss during cold storage and after the ripening period.

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. The Gemma side is a direct model label for every work in the frame, read from the title-only record. The Codex side is a classifier learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and calibrated to design-weighted sample rates; fields without enough sample support carry no Codex call. Candidate is the union of the two sides; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
