Le principe de responsabilite elargie du producteur (REP) institue la prise en charge financiere et/ou operationnelle de tout ou partie de la gestion des produits en fin de vie par les acteurs economiques responsables de leur mise sur le marche. Principal organisme collectif charge de mettre en œuvre les obligations incombant aux producteurs de pneus, Aliapur s’attache depuis sa creation a favoriser l’emergence d’une economie industrielle creatrice de valeur environnementale, economique et societale, une economie structuree autour des multiples potentialites offertes par la valorisation des pneus usages « non reutilisables » (PUNR). Une preoccupation qui revet une importance accrue dans un contexte de rarefaction des matieres premieres.
