Abstract
Les jeunes éprouvent de plus en plus de difficultés à s’intégrer au marché du travail. Nous examinerons les différentes phases du processus d’insertion professionnelle des jeunes par l’intermédiaire du pouvoir du diplôme et du sexe de son porteur et l’influence de la technologisation de la production sur ce processus, remettant en question le rôle et la place de l’école dans l’insertion professionnelle des jeunes.
