Abstract
Existe-t-il une relation entre, d’une part, les caractéristiques du climat d’une école et, d’autre part, le degré de consensus entre les principaux, les enseignants et les conseillers quant à leurs perceptions respectives du rôle du conseiller scolaire? Ce problème fut exploré dans le cadre des écoles secondaires de l’Ontario en utilisant un échantillon de 40 écoles secondaires. Deux instruments de mesure furent utilisés pour identifier les climats de ces écoles et identifier le degré de consensus entre les groupes considérés. Il fut démontré avec certaines réserves qu’il n’y a pas de relation significative entre les caractéristiques climatiques des écoles et le degré de consensus entre les différents groupes quant à leurs perceptions du rôle du conseiller scolaire en fonction du counselling personnel, éducationnel, professionnel et non-professionnel.
