Cet article est consacré à l’étude des organisateurs des pratiques enseignantes en contexte et, plus particulièrement, dans le premier cycle universitaire. Dans une visée exploratoire, l’auteur décrit et tente d’expliquer les pratiques enseignantes dans le supérieur à partir des déclarations des enseignants et d’observations de cours. Il ressort que la disparité du contenu et de la gestion de l’interaction enseignant-apprenant est importante et en lien avec le type de cours dispensé et la filière. La typologisation des pratiques constatées a permis de décrire une diversité des pratiques enseignantes dans le premier cycle universitaire.
